Using our 25+ years  recruiting experience across the UK’s IT, Health, Media and data privacy sectors combined with our deep commercial understanding gained over many more years, we listened to our customers and our candidates, and will be producing a 20 + page report in the autumn of 2019 investigating the trends and changes in hiring from and into the business data science and associated sectors.

This report (we believe the 1st of its kind) will discuss the changes in the skills for new and existing roles around using data science and analysis to see what trends are being identified as the newest use of these highly valued skills.

We will be selecting a range of clients and industry champions to provide additional insights and projections to add value to the report.

We will be asking (and hopefully answering):

  • What are the business motivations driving new data related hires? Is it better customer relationships and engagement opportunities or is it focused on making end users life easier?

  • Is the market moving towards greater use of AI and will this impact the BI & BA hiring sector? Are there new skills you should be learning as a candidate or exploiting as a business?
